Hello! I’m a dedicated Iyengar Yoga instructor with many years of experience in guiding individuals towards greater physical and mental well-being. My journey into yoga began many years ago, and it quickly became my passion. My goal is to help students of all levels achieve a deeper understanding of their bodies and minds through precise alignment, mindful practice, and personalized instruction.
